HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA? The Data related to the creation of your user account and your subscription will be retained by Maison d'Artistes for five (5) years from the end of the contractual relationship or inactivity of your user account. At the end of this period, this Data will either (i) be archived for accounting and evidentiary purposes for the applicable legal limitation periods or (ii) be destroyed if said periods have expired. In the event we collect bank data, it will be securely stored for the time necessary for order validation and payment and will then be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the pursued purposes. For complaint management purposes, your Data may be retained as evidence in intermediate archives. Finally, connection logs collected, subject to your consent, through cookies and other trackers on our Site will be retained in accordance with applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months.
