This Data is collected either based on your consent or is necessary for the execution of your orders (contract performance). The fight against fraud is based on Maison d'Artistes' legitimate interest.

3. WHY DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

 

Therefore, your Data is collected in order to:

• Create and manage your project;

• Create and manage quotes;

• Enable us to contact you again;

• Manage and optimize customer relations;

• Send you information about our offers, news, and events (newsletters, alerts, invitations, and other publications), particularly through campaigns on social media;

• Subject to your consent: allow our partner companies and associations to send you information about their offers, news, and events (newsletters, invitations, and other publications);

When the processing of your Data is essential for Maison d'Artistes to achieve the purposes described above, the related fields are, unless otherwise stated, all mandatory. • TO WHOM DO WE TRANSMIT YOUR PERSONAL DATA? As the data controller, Maison d'Artistes may transmit your personal data to (i) possible subcontractors of Maison d'Artistes for purely technical and logistical reasons (hosting and maintenance providers for the Site, payment and fraud management providers, moderators, database management providers, logistics providers), (ii) joint data controllers whose identity is provided prior to each processing, and (iii) third parties in the event of restructuring our company, including total or partial asset transfers, mergers, acquisitions, or any other form of reorganization. If you accept our General Terms and Conditions, your Data may be used for the purpose of managing and optimizing customer relations. Your Data may also be used for sending information about Maison d'Artistes' offers and news, particularly through advertising campaigns on social media. Social media companies and email and SMS routing providers may therefore receive your Data. Our partners in audience measurement and content improvement may also receive your Data. Finally, Maison d'Artistes may share your Data with third parties when such communication is required by law, regulatory provision, or court decision, or if this communication is necessary to protect and defend its rights.

3. HOW LONG DO WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA? The Data related to the creation of your user account and your subscription will be retained by Maison d'Artistes for five (5) years from the end of the contractual relationship or inactivity of your user account. At the end of this period, this Data will either (i) be archived for accounting and evidentiary purposes for the applicable legal limitation periods or (ii) be destroyed if said periods have expired. In the event we collect bank data, it will be securely stored for the time necessary for order validation and payment and will then be deleted in accordance with applicable regulations regarding the pursued purposes. For complaint management purposes, your Data may be retained as evidence in intermediate archives. Finally, connection logs collected, subject to your consent, through cookies and other trackers on our Site will be retained in accordance with applicable regulations for a period not exceeding thirteen (13) months.
